2. Damaged or Defective Items
I take great care in preparing and packaging your order, but sometimes life unfolds in unexpected ways. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. Kindly include a photo of the damage, and I will be happy to assist you with an exchange for a similar piece.

3. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. If this happens, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, and I will support you through the exchange process. Due to the custom nature of my work, I am unable to offer exchanges for any other reasons.
